I know. It’s much easier said than done. So let’s all be DOers, not TRYers.
If you wanna try out a training plan, or try out a diet, or try on a skirt, try out some lip gloss, go do it somewhere else. We’re here to get it done!

If you’re not ready, then bookmark this page, go eat a pastry of some sort, and come back when you are fed up with the way you are.

You have to mentally get right before you can physically get right.

You need ADF: ACTION, DETERMINATION & FOCUS

  • Action – You have to start sometime. Set some goals and change your life. Take action and start today!
  • Determination – Stop at noting to reach your goals. Don’t give in to temptation and distractions. Don’t quit!
  • Focus – Once you set your goals, make them a priority. Think about them at all times. You will succeed!

Get RIPPED in 4 weeks!!!!

There are plenty of sites and sources out there that will teach you how to get a six-pack in 4 weeks. This isn’t one of ‘em.  Actually, if you’re only 4 weeks away from a six-pack then you’re in the wrong place, dude. But, before you go, feel free to share your secrets.

Practical tips and advice

I will discuss what has worked for me and many dudes that have come to me for advice. Changing your body really does change a whole lot more: The way you feel, the way people view you, and the way you fit into life itself. Don’t wait til next year, next month, or next week.
